01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "vin786" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operating at vin786.com, including all associated products, services, interfaces, and support channels.
• "Platform" means the vin786 website, mobile-optimised site, and any applications through which vin786 services are accessed.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers for or uses the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins monetary equivalents, or other non-cashable credits granted by vin786 subject to wagering conditions.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product offered via the Platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of vin786 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. By completing the registration process, you confirm under the terms of this agreement that you are at least 21 years old. vin786 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and will close any account determined to belong to a minor, with all associated funds forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a vin786 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and a valid contact number. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity during registration. vin786 may reject or revoke any registration that contains inaccurate or misleading information.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address in cases where multiple individuals share a connection. If duplicate accounts are detected, vin786 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close all associated accounts and to void any pending bets or bonus balances connected to them.

2.4 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of vin786 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. vin786 does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players who access vin786 from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without notice.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vin786 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vin786 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

vin786 operates a KYC process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. vin786 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your vin786 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and applicable withdrawal terms. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable at the point of account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transactional activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. vin786 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The fee will not reduce the balance below zero.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vin786 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at vin786's discretion. All supported methods are displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier for each payment method. vin786 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or network may apply their own charges, for which vin786 accepts no liability.

4.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Crypto deposits — including Bitcoin and USDT TRC20 — are credited to your Account upon sufficient blockchain confirmation. vin786 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by network congestion or low-fee transactions. Crypto deposits are converted to account currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are not grounds for dispute.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following estimated timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — up to 15 minutes following approval; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan) — 1 to 3 business days; Crypto — within 1 to 4 hours following approval. All timeframes are estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC review. Withdrawals to a method other than the one used for deposit may be declined as a fraud prevention measure.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will not be processed. vin786 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on vin786 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport, event, or game type. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the relevant rules before placing a wager. vin786 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed after the event's result has been determined.

5.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including PSL matches, international cricket fixtures, and other sporting events. Bets accepted during live events are subject to the live odds displayed at the moment of bet acceptance. vin786 uses automated systems to update prices in real time; however, in the event of a technical delay, vin786 may void bets placed on demonstrably incorrect odds at its sole discretion.

5.3 Casino and Instant Games

All casino games and instant games available on the Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Captain Fisher, Dino Hunter, and all other titles — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within the game information panel for each title. The house edge is applied consistently and no game is manipulated in favour of or against any individual player.

5.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. vin786 reserves the right to impose individual account-level bet limits where necessary, including as part of responsible gaming interventions or fraud prevention measures.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and offers made available by vin786 are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these General Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

vin786 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms; and making deposits solely to claim a bonus with immediate withdrawal intent. vin786 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds and free bet credits that are not activated or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. vin786 may send reminder notifications to Players with active bonuses approaching expiry, but accepts no liability for bonuses expiring due to Player inaction.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, or other non-human means.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or acting in concert to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing or placing bets on events where you have insider information.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any aspect of the Platform's technology or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vin786 staff or other users.
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing others to use your Account.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are reported as stolen or fraudulent.

08 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Play

If you find that gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or social harm, vin786 strongly encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your Account settings or to seek external support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a specified time period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the vin786 Platform — including but not limited to the vin786 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds data, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of vin786 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership rights over Platform content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from vin786.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vin786 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from technical failures beyond vin786's reasonable control.
• Interruption of service caused by maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds pricing where those odds were clearly incorrect at the time of bet placement.
• Delayed or failed payments resulting from third-party payment provider issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where security credentials were compromised by the Player.

vin786's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

vin786 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vin786 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services where strictly necessary to operate the Platform. All third-party data recipients are contractually bound to handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vin786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vin786 will notify registered Players by email and display a notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect. The revised terms will be identified by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3 above.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which vin786 operates. In the event of any dispute arising between you and vin786 in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through vin786's internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may seek resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism specified by vin786's applicable gaming licence authority. vin786 will cooperate fully with any such process.
